An online store built for how Pakistanis actually buy - COD, WhatsApp confirmations, and card payments in one checkout
A custom e-commerce site with real inventory tracking, courier integration, and a checkout that does not lose orders to abandoned carts or failed COD confirmations.
Most stores lose orders before the customer even pays
You built a store on a template, added products, and now you are manually confirming every order over WhatsApp because cash on delivery is 60-80% of your volume and the platform was never built for it. Stock counts drift out of sync. A product sells out on the site while it is still showing "in stock", and now you are refunding a disappointed customer.
Checkout has too many fields, no one saves their cart, and by the time a rider is assigned the courier's tracking number lives in a spreadsheet no one updates. Card payments feel like an afterthought bolted onto a COD-first workflow, and the site slows to a crawl the moment you run a sale.
None of this is a marketing problem. It is a store that was not built for the way orders actually move through your business - and it is costing you sales every week, quietly.
From product list to first order in 3-4 weeks

This one really is one-time. Once the site is live there is no compulsory monthly fee from us. Domain and hosting are billed to you at cost (typically PKR 10,000–20,000 per year), and ongoing maintenance — updates, backups, content changes — is optional at PKR 10,000/month if you would rather not handle it yourself.
This is the add-on rate when purchased on its own. Bundling it with other website development services in a package tier costs less per service.
Common questions
Fair question. Shopify is a good fit if you want to launch fast, sell mostly with card payments, and do not mind a recurring monthly fee. Where a custom or WooCommerce build wins is COD-heavy operations - Shopify's COD handling is limited without extra apps - and unusual workflows like local courier booking or bundled pricing rules. If your order volume is mostly card payments and standard products, we would actually recommend our Shopify build instead. We will tell you honestly which fits before you commit.
If you are still taking most orders manually through DMs and struggling with stock accuracy, yes - you will save hours a week just from having real inventory tracking and an order dashboard. If your marketplace setup is already working fine and volume is low, it may be worth waiting until you have a catalog of 20+ products before making the investment.
COD gets a dedicated confirmation step in checkout - typically an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation before the order is booked with the courier - which is what actually reduces fake or cancelled orders. It is built as a first-class payment method, not an afterthought bolted onto a card-only checkout.
A landing page takes days. A store with real inventory, courier integration, and multiple payment methods needs mapping, building, and testing every checkout path - COD, card, and bank - before it goes live with real customers. Rushing this is exactly how stores end up overselling stock or losing orders in week one. We can move faster for smaller catalogs, slower for complex multi-vendor setups.
