This one really is one-time. Once the site is live there is no compulsory monthly fee from us. Domain and hosting are billed to you at cost (typically PKR 10,000–20,000 per year), and ongoing maintenance — updates, backups, content changes — is optional at PKR 10,000/month if you would rather not handle it yourself.
This is the add-on rate when purchased on its own. Bundling it with other services inside a Website Development tier usually works out cheaper per service.
