Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. The short version
We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and run our business. We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails you did not ask for. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will do it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill in the contact form on this website, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business type (selected from a list)
- Whatever you write in your message
- Your phone number, if you contact us on WhatsApp or by call
Please do not send us passwords, card numbers, CNIC numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through the contact form or WhatsApp. We do not need them and we do not want to hold them.
Information collected automatically
This website is a static site. We do not set our own tracking cookies. However, some third-party services the site relies on may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These are listed in section 4.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call
- To prepare a proposal, quote, or audit for you
- To deliver services you have engaged us for
- To keep basic business records, including invoices, as required by Pakistani law
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it to anyone.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of external services to run this website and communicate with you. Each has its own privacy policy, and your data is handled under their terms once it reaches them.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — our primary contact channel. Messages you send us are handled under Meta's privacy policy.
- Fonts — our fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts, so no third party receives your IP address just for loading a page.
- Web hosting — our host stores standard server access logs.
- Form and scheduling tools — if and when we connect an email form provider or a calendar booking tool, submissions will pass through that provider. This page will be updated to name them before they go live.
- Analytics and advertising pixels — we may add analytics or advertising measurement tools in future. If we do, this section will be updated first, and you will be able to opt out.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client records, contracts, and invoices are kept for as long as we are legally required to retain business and tax records in Pakistan.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information entirely
- Stop contacting you
Email info@marketectify.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge for this.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who on our team can access it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
